5) Release yourself from entitlement

Or else you can put on the earphone, laying on the grass while looking at the stars. Listening  to all those good songs. 


Go meeting your buddy. Hang out at their home, talking about random things. 


Look at the mirror and find something attractive about yourself.


Do sports.


Talking to the cat. 


Actually, all the small things can make us feel great.
