Fasting in Ramadan is a must to:

b) Can think rational

c) Matured/ puberty

d) Realize that fasting is a must for Muslim

e) Good health

f) Not a traveler

g) Not in menses condition

How to build a good relationship with Al-Mighty and human?

Reading Al-Quran, positive vibes, doing charity, saying good words, obey to parents, avoid useless chatting, zikrullah, avoid wasteful, feed animal, lower your gaze, do good deeds, smile, do not slepping all day etc. 

Hopefully this Ramadan will give more benefit for us to be some part of His Jannah. Allahuakbar.
